Welcome to Sculpt & Align. We want every client to enjoy a comfortable, professional and positive treatment experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment or purchasing a treatment package.
By booking a treatment or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Appointments
● All treatments are by appointment only and subject to availability.
● Appointments must be booked in advance.
● Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in you being unable to receive your treatment, as we cannot guarantee sufficient time to complete the session safely and without affecting subsequent appointments.
● Sculpt & Align reserves the right to refuse or reschedule treatments where necessary for health, safety or other reasonable circumstances.
2. Treatment Packages & Expiry
● All treatment packages must be completed within 12 weeks of the original purchase date.
● It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all sessions are booked and attended within this 12-week period.
● Any unused sessions remaining after the 12-week period will expire and cannot ordinarily be carried forward.
● We recommend booking your sessions in advance to ensure availability and allow sufficient time to complete your package.
● Treatment packages are for the named client only and cannot be transferred to another person without prior agreement.
● Extensions may be considered at the discretion of Sculpt & Align in exceptional circumstances, including medical reasons.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
● We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full treatment charge (100%).
● For treatment packages, a session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from the package.
● Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification will also incur the full treatment charge or result in the loss of a package session.
● Where sufficient notice is provided, we will endeavour to rearrange your appointment, subject to availability and package expiry dates.
● If Sculpt & Align needs to cancel your appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered and any applicable package expiry date will be adjusted where necessary.
Cancellation charges will be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds
● A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
● The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of your treatment.
● Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
● Where an appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a rearranged appointment or refunded where applicable.
● Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be applied towards the full cancellation charge, with any remaining balance payable.
● Treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate compared with individual sessions.
● Once treatment sessions have commenced, refunds for unused sessions will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
● Any refunds due will be calculated fairly, taking account of treatments already received and applicable legal rights.
● Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Health & Medical Information
Your health and wellbeing are our priority.
● All clients must complete a relevant health questionnaire before their first treatment.
● Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery or other information that may affect their suitability for treatment.
● It is the client’s responsibility to inform Sculpt & Align of any changes to their health before subsequent appointments.
● Sculpt & Align reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment where it may be unsuitable or unsafe.
● Where appropriate, medical clearance may be requested before treatment can proceed.
6. Treatment Results
● Body sculpting is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment, and individual results will vary.
● Results cannot be guaranteed and may depend on factors including lifestyle, body composition, treatment consistency and individual response.
● Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve desired outcomes.
● Treatments are not intended as a substitute for a balanced diet, regular exercise or medical weight management.
● No specific reduction in measurements, body fat or appearance can be guaranteed.
7. Client Responsibilities
● Clients are expected to follow any relevant pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided.
● Clients must communicate any discomfort or concerns during their treatment.
● Sculpt & Align operates a respectful and professional environment. Inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and health information provided during consultations and treatments will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Client photographs, testimonials or treatment results will only be shared for marketing purposes with appropriate consent.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Sculpt & Align reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to a booking or purchase will be those provided to the client at the time of that booking or purchase, unless a change is agreed or required by law.
